Andover, KS -- Xpress Wellness announced plans to build a world-class urgent care medical center in Andover, Kansas. The new urgent care medical center will be located on S. Andover Road near Hwy 54 and expects to begin seeing patients in April 2016. Andover is the first Kansas location for Xpress Wellness. Xpress Wellness plans to build several urgent care medical centers in Kansas over the next two years.

Xpress Wellness is an urgent care and occupational medicine provider that treats non-life threatening illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis (no appointment needed). Xpress Wellness is open 7 days a week with extended evening hours and weekend services. The urgent care center will consist of six private exam rooms, triage room and a procedure room. The center will have computerized radiology services, lab services, diagnostic testing and EKG onsite. Comprehensive medical care services for adults and children will be provided including care for common illnesses, sprains, strains, lacerations, flu, allergies, infections, sports physicals, etc. Medical services for employers and employees include pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, pulmonary function tests, drug and alcohol testing, and treatment for work-related injuries. Most insurance plans are accepted.
