William Carroll

December 26, 1975 - April 13, 2024

The memorial graveside services celebrating and honoring the life of William “Billy” Carroll, 48, of Hennessey, will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday May 1, 2024, in the Hennessey Cemetery. Complete cremation care and services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings, A life celebration home.

Bill was born December 26, 1975, to Carl and Jackie Carroll in Enid, Oklahoma and passed from this life April 13, 2024, in Enid, Oklahoma.

He was raised and educated in Enid, graduating from Enid High School with the class of 1993. Growing up he was active in the Boy Scouts of America. After high school he attended Aircraft Mechanics School at Woodring where he graduated “top of his class”. He then worked at a boy’s home for fifteen years and later worked at NORCE and Enid Group Homes with individuals who have developmental disabilities. For the last several years he worked for Integris Behavioral Health. He was passionate about taking care of those who could not take care of themselves. Billy was a very private person but was always there if anyone needed him. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, and working at the farm.

He is survived by his son John Paul Carroll, daughter, Alyssa Leann Carroll, one step-son, Nikolas Phelps, his mother, Jackie Carroll, his father Carl Carroll, one sister, Geanne Marie Bell and husband Mark, one niece Katie Bell, one nephew, Matthew Bell, one great niece Karlie Bell, and his very best friend, David Smith.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one uncle John Carroll.
