A private family graveside service for William "Bill" Marion Fitch, 79, of Enid, will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery. Cremation and arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.
Bill was born on May 8, 1941 in Spring Valley, Arkansas to Earl and Irma Alice (Johnson) Fitch, and passed away on Sunday January 24, 2021, in Enid.
Bill grew up in Wichita and graduated from Wichita East High in 1959. On May 14, 1961 he married Janet Garis and they made their home in Wichita until 1970. They had 3 children Kim, Tim, and Tony. Bill worked as a machinist in the Airline Industry. In 1970 they moved to Springdale and in 1977 to Enid, where he worked as a car salesman at Lewis Dodge. Bill enjoyed working on cars, was a hot rod and car enthusiast, and loved trap shooting.
Bill is survived by his 3 children Kim Bryant and husband Allen, Tim Fitch and wife Valerie, and Tony Fitch and wife Lori; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Janet, and 2 sisters Earlene and Evelyn.
Memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to Loaves and Fishes.
