Celebration of life servicees for Wesley Joe Madison, 84, Enid resident, will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 17, 2024 in the First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Jarrod Cloud officiating. Committal prayers and interment will be held prior at Enid Cemetery under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.
Wesley was born on April 11, 1940 in Enid, the son of Joe and Vera Frey Madison, and passed away on May 12, 2024 in Oklahoma City. He was raised and educated in Enid, graduating from Enid High School with the class of 1959. Wesley joined the Army National Guard, serving ten years. He was an avid sportsman and civic involved.
Survivors include his wife Carolyn of the residence; sons, Lyle Madison of Carrier , Marty Madison of Enid , and Dana Wilson of Edmond; step-sons, Jeff Rude of Bartlesville, and Mickey Rude of Enid; 17 grandchildren 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sue and husband Joe Burk of Bozeman, Montana, Diana Ward of New Jersey.
The family has requested memorial donation checks be made payable to Enter His Gates Kids Ministry instead of flowers.
