A warming station is a short term emergency shelter that operates when temperatures become dangerously low. Often they are set up to help local residents find a warm place to stay during the day or overnight if electricity is out. These are safe places for entire families and are usually setup by the Red Cross, Salvation Army and Emergency Management officials.

Temperatures in the Enid area are expected to stay well below freezing on Monday and Tuesday with lows overnight dipping into the teens. Please let anyone you know that is without electricity.
