ENID, OK - City of Enid Ward 1 residents are encouraged to participate in the Enid Municipal Recall Election on Tuesday, April 2. Polling locations are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The election will decide who will represent residents in Ward 1 going forward.
Early voting is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 28 and Friday, March 29 at the Garfield County Election Board located at 903 Failing Avenue in Enid, off of South Van Buren Street. According to the Oklahoma State Election Board, individuals must be registered by March 8 to participate in the voting process for the April 2 election.
Residents in Ward 1 can look up their polling location by going to Oklahoma.gov/elections and can view the ward map at: Enid.org/WardMap.

The Greater Enid Chamber of Commerce and the Enid News & Eagle will present a candidates’ forum from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, in the Stride Bank Center grand ballroom.
In February 2023 Blevins was elected to the Ward 1 Commission seat on the Enid City Commission. On October 22, Enid Social Justice Committee (ESJC) announced it would seek a recall of Blevins, due to his refusal to address his reported ties to extremist hate activities.
