In the city of Tulsa, located in the state of Oklahoma, the police arrested a man for robbing a restaurant. Strangely, the lawbreaker first had lunch at the Waffle House establishment. What's more, he left a tip for the staff for their service.
The robber was also armed. After a report from the restaurant staff, the police responded to the call. However, upon arrival, the officers observed the robber attempting to escape along a fenced-off roadway. After the arrest, the police managed to identify the suspect.
