ENID, OK - United Way of Northwest Oklahoma is hosting a FREE Family Fun Campaign Kickoff Rally on Thursday, September 14, 2023, beginning at 6:00 PM, to raise awareness and support for its 14 nonprofit partner agencies. “We are planning to have games, inflatables, food and fun, and the event is shaping up to be a great public kickoff to our 2023-2024 campaign. We encourage the kids to bring mom and dad,” said United Way of Northwest Oklahoma Campaign Chairs, David and Jennifer Lawrence.
The Lawrences went on to say, “This one-of-a-kind event will be a unique experience thanks to our title sponsor Stride Bank. There will be axe throwing, a cornhole competition, dunk tank, games, inflatables, free food and more. Dually Noted will be on hand to provide music and fun.”
Jessica Caruthers, president of the board of United Way of Northwest Oklahoma, said “This is a great way for the community to see the real impact of the United Way of Northwest Oklahoma and its 14 partner agencies. Together, we change people’s lives and work together to solve problems, breakdown barriers and create opportunities for many.”
In addition to all the activities, the 14 United Way Partner agencies will be there sharing information and providing giveaways, popcorn, games and much more. All proceeds go to benefit United Way of Northwest Oklahoma and its 14 Partner Agencies.

Funds also support other regional social and human services projects and needs through discretionary giving in a 17-county service area.
