Tracy was born November 20, 1973, in Enid, to Steven and Katherine (Hickman) Clingman, and passed away on November 20, 2018, in Enid.

Tracy grew up in Enid and graduated from Enid High School. She worked at various jobs here in Enid. Tracy enjoyed life and loved her family.

Tracy is survived by her parents Katherine & Chuck Payne of Enid, and Steve & Glenda Clingman of Burleson, Texas; brother Chris Payne; brother/son, Blain & Kelie Payne; 4 sisters Stephanie Guyer, Stacy Arndt, Toni & Jay Klein, and Amiee Clingman; grandma Verna Payne.
