On Tuesday, November 1st, Toni Lee White-Dallas, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend passed away peacefully at 12:30 pm in Edmond, OK. A Celebration of Life service for Toni will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 7, 2022, at Emmanuel Enid with Pastor Wade Burleson officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
Born to Arlen and Velma White of Enid, OK on January 19, 1956. Toni had an older brother Rick White. Toni attended Enid schools and was a proud graduate of Monroe, Emerson, and Enid High. Toni is a class member of 1974. She loved attending her high school reunions and catching up with her friends. Toni is the mother of daughter,Traci Layton-Conrady, and son, Travis Layton. Toni was a sports mom and coached many teams. Toni never missed a game or sporting event. She also supported her daughter who loved gymnastics. She would travel all over the state for her gymnastic meets. Toni had a successful career as a clerk for the Garfield County Election Board. She was an active member in the community and served on the Youth and Family Services Board and supported people of all abilities. Toni influenced her daughter to achieve great things and had her around great people. Toni made sure her children had the greatest opportunities. She was proud of her son Travis for learning many trades and for being a fine craftsman. Toni married Ricky Dallas on January 20th, 1995. She did a beautiful job blending two families. She loved Jerimiah and Byron Dallas and did all she could to support them and their dreams. Toni enjoyed some of her best years with Rick as they traveled and made memories. Toni struggled with various health problems but that didn’t stop her from spending time with her grandkids. She loved everyone she met and believed in the goodness of people. She has a real passion for the underdog! She was a loyal supporter to her friends and family. She will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Arlen and Velma White, and her brother, Rick White. She leaves behind a husband Ricky Dallas, daughter Traci Layton-Conrady and husband Scott, son Travis Layton and wife Brandi, and sons Jerimiah and Byron Dallas and Jean White. Grandchildren: Austin King, Hunter Dallas, Eric Layton, Ethan Conrady, Diesel and Frankie Dallas. Toni loved horses and enjoyed watching her grandson Ethan ride with partner, Mya. Toni also had compassion for people of all abilities. Donations in her name can be given through the funeral home to Bennie’s Barn and 4RKids.
