ENID, OK - Atelier opens its doors for this public event, inviting the community to attend a free concert and art sale on July 17 from 7-9pm. This event will launch the fundraising campaign for Sugar High, an immersive and interactive art experience coming in spring 2022 to downtown Enid.
Sugar High is the brainchild of artists Ben Ezzell, Riley Jantzen, Tox Murillo, Romy Owens, and Kelly Tompkins. The team formed in May of this year with the express intent of creating an
unique art experience for Enid residents and visitors.
OKC-based Indie folk singer-songwriter Keathley will perform at the fundraiser.
Tox Murillo will be doing a live painting at the event that will be available for purchase. Murillo is well known in Enid for his murals. Artists from around the state are participating in an art sale to benefit Sugar High.
The fundraiser event is sponsored by Park Avenue Thrift. Park Avenue Thrift exists to strengthen the Enid community and serve others by collecting donations, running a top-notch thrift store, and giving the proceeds to Enid nonprofits that invest in quality of life initiatives.
Atelier is a nonprofit arts organization serving as the fiscal sponsor of Sugar High. Atelier is dedicated to promoting and advancing the arts by providing resources and access to services artists need to grow. Atelier is located at 339 E. Maple.
