ENID, OK - Stratus Contact Solutions, a division of ILD, Corp., announced the expansion of its inbound call center in Enid, Oklahoma. Stratus opened the Enid call center in April of 2015 and currently employs 55 customer service agents and 5 supervisors. They been so successful they will be adding 75 new service representatives and 5 new supervisor positions over the next 6 months.

Working at the Enid call center has been a particularly good fit for women in the community. Since most of the jobs in Enid are in the oil and wheat industries, there are limited employment opportunities for women. At Stratus, seventy-five percent of employees are women and eighty-five percent of the management positions are filled by women.
