The services celebrating and honoring the life of Steven Wayne Hane, 64, of Enid, will be held 10:30 A.M. Wednesday October 28, 2020 in the Waukomis Cemetery Pavilion with Pastor David Jones officiating. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
Steven was born September 29, 1956 to Nelson and Willa Jean Seltenreich Hane in Enid and passed from this life October 22, 2020 in Enid.
He was raised and educated in Waukomis graduating from Waukomis High School with the class of 1974 then attending Phillips University. He farmed and ranched his family farm in Waukomis until moving to Enid in 1998. He was an avid quilter and liked to crochet, he enjoyed genealogy and collecting antiques. Hosting family Thanksgiving dinner at the farm brought him joy. He cared for his mother, grandmother and great aunt and numerous dogs.
He is survived by numerous family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be made in his honor to Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital lieu of flowers with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
