ENID, OK - The second annual Souperior Soup Throwdown will take place Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00p.m at Jezebel's Emporium and Tea Room located at 121 E. Broadway in downtown Enid.
Contestants can enter their soup for $10 and will compete for the title of Souperior Soupist. Attendees can purchase tickets for $15. Tickets include tasting all of the soups, crackers and toppings, Jezebel's iced tea or water, a bowl to take home, and one voting ticket. Each attendee will get to issue a vote for their favorite soup and the contestant with the most votes will be named the Souperior Soupist of the Year and will be awarded a prize.
2024's winner was Stephanie Hawley with a creamy sausage tortellini soup. She will also be participating in this year's event.
"I’m looking forward to defending my title. There were some great soups last year, I hope there are even more this year," Hawley said.
