A memorial service celebrating the life of Shane “Lizard” Lizer will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 31, 2018 , at the Waukomis United Methodist Church. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.

Shane was born July 24, 1987, in Wichita, Kansas to Jon and Mary (Beatty) Lizer and passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018 in Enid.

Shane graduated from Herkimer High School, in Herkimer, New York. He worked as a sales clerk at Blimpie Subs. Shane was a very friendly and giving person. He had a big heart and would go out of his way to make others happy. He loved animals and being outdoors. Shane’s favorite pastimes were fishing and playing chess.

Shane is survived by his mother Mary Jones of Waukomis; his dog, Sadie; brothers Alex Tarnawa, and Justen Tarnawa; several aunts; uncles; and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father, his grandparents, and an uncle.
