ENID, OK - Sears Hometown Enid announced on Sunday, May 12 that they will be closing soon. Their Facebook page said everything must go and asks customers to stop by for amazing discounts on appliances, tools and more.

The locations webpage says the store is in liquidation and all items are on sale. They are only showing the stores inventory online and there some deep discounts.

Sears Holdings filed for bankruptcy protection early in 2018 after years of staying afloat through financial maneuvering. As part of the bankruptcy, Sears closed 142 stores toward the end of 2018. Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. was not a part of the bankruptcy filling by Sears Holdings Corporation and the Enid location remained open until now.
