Funeral service for Ruby Kiser, 90 of Jet, will be 11:00 AM, Friday, at Jet Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Jet with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.

Ruby was born January 7, 1927 in Konawa, OK to John & Emma (Blair) Williams, and passed away on December 3, 2017 at her home.

She began working for Couch Trucking Co in 1945 as the billing clerk. She then worked for Joe Hodges Trucking for fourteen and a half years and then Chief Trucking for seventeen and a half years. She finally retired as claim manager at Western Motor Freight after about fourty-five years in freight lines employment. She truly loved her job. She also enjoyed fishing and was in HCE group.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Jerald Kiser; and her 3 sisters, Josaphene Williams, Velma Brewer, and Della Kraft and 1 brother, David Williams.

Ruby is survived by her step son, Donald E Smith and wife Julie, along with a number of nieces and nephews.
