Rose Ann Raker, 73, of Arvada Colorado, formerly Rose Ann Conrady of Enid Oklahoma died Tuesday December 20th 2016 at University Hospital.
Services will be at the Shrine of Saint Anne Catholic Church in Olde Town Arvada, 7555 Grant Place.Thursday, December 29 at 11am. Reception will follow in the Parish Center at the church.
Preceded in death by her parents Frank and Catherine Conrady, husbands Capt. David I. Hickman(USAF] - deceased 1970,
and Maj. Joseph G.Raker(USAF}- deceased 1980.
She’s survived by her four children Sean Hickman, Warren Hickman, Joel Raker, and Angela (Raker) Keough. Two grandchildren Elizabeth Rose Hickman and Sheyla Janelle Hickman.
Born in Caldwell Kansas to Frank John Conrady and Catherine Frances Schmitz July 6th 1943. Growing up in Enid Oklahoma she attended St Joseph school and graduated from Memorial High school.
A remarkable wife and mother, she raised four children after the deaths of her two husbands. Bounded by love for her children she expressed a strength unknown by most. Never a stranger to anyone, Rose is loved by all she encountered. Rose will be dearly missed.
