Rocky Lynn Gleason 57, Enid, was born on August 25, 1958 in Seiling, Oklahoma, the son of Edgar Lynn and Saveria Susana Guthrie Gleason. He passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 20,2015 at his residence.
Rocky was a wonderful strong man who helped those in need. Rocky worked in the oilfield from the age 17 (most of it as a driller) until 2012, when he had his heart attack. In August of 2015, he found out he had lung cancer. He never let any of it bring him down instead he kept his head held high and put all his trust and faith in the Lord. He will forever be missed and loved by a lot of people. Memories will be shared for many years and passed down to all his grandchildren of what a great man he was.
Survivors of Rocky are: Children: Gypsy Lee, Bridget Combs, Tonita Gary, Tonya Gleitz, Rocky Gary, Tiffany Gary, Christina Gary, Brothers: Alvin Gleason, Tommy Gleason, Numerous nieces and nephews & 8 grandchildren; Girlfriend, Gayla McSweeney. Rocky was preceded in passing by his Parents: Edgar Lynn Gleason, Saveria Susana Gleason Brothers: James Gleason, Edgar II Gleason Sisters: Karen Wallace, Elaine Endicott Children: Rocky Jr Gleason, Annamae Gleason.
