Funeral services for Richard Lee Hoover, 58, Hennessey, will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel with Pastor David Jones officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Hennessey Cemetery under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service. Military graveside services will be provided by the United States Army.

Richard was born on June 28, 1960 in Enid, Oklahoma, the son of Paul and Winifred Earlene Landaker Hoover, and passed away suddenly on January 29, 2019 in Oklahoma City. He was raised in Hennessey. Richard worked in the Salt Water Disposals in the oilfield. Richard served in the United States Army during Desert Storm. Survivors include his mother, Earlene of the residence; brother, John Hoover of Hennessey, David (Connie) Hoover of Watonga; sister, Susie (Bill Johnson) Hoover of Enid. Richard was preceded in passing by his father, Paul and sister, Roberta Kay.
