The funeral service for Richard E. Hollers, 89 year-old Enid resident will be Saturday, March 9, 2019 at1:00PM in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Ed Jones will officiate. Burial will follow in Cherokee Cemetery. A visitation with family will be Friday evening from 6PM-8PM in the Funeral home chapel.

Richard was born December 1, 1929 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Albert J, and Clara (Lee) Hollers and died Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in Garland Road Nursing Home. He graduated with the class of 1948 in Indiana. After High School he enlisted in the United States Air Force. He retired after twenty years of service in the Alaska territory.

He began driving for Groendyke Transport Company in 1969. He retired in 1999.

He is survived by his son, Terry Hollers of St. John’s, Kansas, His daughter Theresa Lynn Hollers of Billings, one granddaughter, Mona and one great grand-daughter, Michlyn both of Enid.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and several brothers and sisters.
