A Prayer Service (Prathana) for Ramilaben Patel, age 63, of Enid, will be Wednesday 5:00 – 6:00 PM at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 29, 2016, at the funeral home chapel.
Ramiliaben was born to Chittubhai and Parvatiben Patel on March 31, 1953, in India.
Ramilaben grew up in India. She married Ramesh Patel on December 10, 1972, in Leiester, United Kingdom. She was a homemaker and mother to her two daughters.
She was in a persistent vegetative state for 22 years after being in a car accident in 1994. She passed on Friday, December 23, 2016, in Enid, Oklahoma surrounded by her loved ones.
She is survived by her husband Ramesh Patel, two daughters, Sneha Patel of Texas, and Lina Patel of Colorado; four grandchildren; three brothers, Girish Patel, Pramod Patel, and Nitin Patel; and one sister Bharti Patel.
Ramilaben was preceded in death by her father.
