ENID, OK - On April 9, at 2:24 A.M., the Enid Police Department received a call concerning a decomposing odor coming from a roll off container at the residence 1616 S. 2nd. Upon arrival, police officers discovered a deceased newborn male infant, inside the container.

The State Medical Examiner’s office was notified and arrived on scene and took custody of the infant’s body. The body was then transported to Oklahoma City for examination. Police continue to investigate the identity of the mother and the identity of the person(s) involvement, in disposing the body into the roll off container.
