ENID, OK - In 1972 Darlene and Rick Combs came to Enid along with their dream of owning their own business – a family-run print shop. They began their business at 121 S. Grand. After two years, they relocated to 119 E. Broadway and eventually expanded to the office next door, 121 E. Broadway. They spent more than 40 years in that location, doing printing for local businesses and individuals.

When they opened their business in 1972, Rick and Darlene brought Northwest Oklahoma a new technology for the printing industry. The need for metal type and metal plates was coming to an end. What once would have taken several weeks to do in the past now could be done in a matter of hours (depending on the size of the job). In the 1980’s, PDQ also opened the first copy center in Enid.
-
Now -- PDQ has expanded to a new location. PDQ Printing can now be found at 131 E. Maine (the old Suddenlink building). They’ve added several new services – banners, large format posters, decals, and large format scanning. Darlene would like to personally invite you to come by and see the new location.
-
PDQ is open Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm. Visit them on Facebook, online at pdqprintingandsupplies.com or call 580-233-3241.
