Paisley was born June 3, 2022 in Enid to Abeni Rose Riley and Ryan Thayer, and passed away Thursday, December 1, 2022 in Covington.

Paisley was a beautiful, kind, loving spirit and loved everyone, never afraid of new people; she greeted everyone with a big smile and shining eyes. According to her grandpa, she loved watching football, both the OSU Cowboys and the OU Sooners. When she was not watching football, she enjoyed watching Curious George and The Big Comfy Couch. She liked to talk to her toys, and like to participate with her uncle Sie when he was playing basketball; she was his biggest cheerleader. She liked to discover the world through touch; and was in awe of the Christmas tree. She liked to pull her Papa Justin and Pop Jon’s beards, and would take your glasses right off if given the chance. She loved music, and would sing along with others. She was a bright and shining light in the lives of all who knew and loved her. She had four very special uncles that she adored and who will miss her dearly.

Paisley is survived by her parents, Abeni Rose Riley, and Ryan Thayer, of Enid and Covington; maternal grandparents, Jon, “Pops” Riley and Meredith, “Me-Me” Riley, and uncle Sie, of Enid; paternal grandparents, Justin, “Papa” and Morgan, “Mi-Mi” Thayer and uncles Camden, Braden and Owen, of Covington; maternal great-grandmother, Debbie, “G-Gi” Necaise, of Enid; maternal great-grandparents, Mike and Susan, “Gi-Gi” Riley, of Enid; great-uncle Camren Riley, of Enid; paternal great-grandparents Mike Winters of Perry, OK and Lavona, “Nana” Bischoff, of Covington; paternal great-grandparents, Ela, “Gigi” Thayer and Teddy Pope, both of Covington; maternal great-great grandmother, Vontella Riley, of Enid; paternal great-great grandmother, Dorothy Thayer, of Covington; as well as numerous cousins.
