ENID, OK - The Vietnam Veterans of America had special guests Thursday night at their monthly meeting. Three of the Oklahoma Pin-Ups were on hand to present the veterans with a giant check in the sum of $1250. They also presented them with a real check for that amount as well.

Oklahoma Pin-Ups is a group of gorgeous ladies that raise money for local veterans. The ladies discovered something about dressing in Pin-Up fashion that they all loved and that's how their group got started. Their first project is a pin-up calendar.

Jim Snow and Larry Stephens accepted the donation from the Pin-Ups. Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 940 Enid meets the first Thursday of the month at 6:30pm. They are 'POINTMAN' for the Oklahoma Vietnam War Memorial located at Woodring Veterans Memorial Park.

VVA is a national non-profit organization for Veterans who served during the Vietnam War 1959-1975. All Branches of Service are welcome regardless of in-country service. If you served anytime during the period, you are welcome to join their organization. Guest are also welcome at the meetings.
