Services for Norma Coulter will be held 10:00 am, Thursday, March 10, 2022 at the Mausoleum Chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Tom Stanley officiating. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Norma was born November 24, 1927 in Enid to Buell and Nathalie Dykes and passed away March 5, 2022 in Plano, Texas.
Norma is survived by her daughter, Cindy Hall and husband David; grandchildren, Andrew Hall and wife Amber and Mandy Hall; great grandchildren, Hudson, Sloane, and Lennon; and several loving friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Coulter and her brother, Glen Dykes.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or Loaves and Fishes with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
