Hope Outreach is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and managed by paid staff and volunteers. It is a totally community supported nonprofit Christian ministry to provide ways to help people help themselves.

Everyone is in some form of recovery. When people have no one and no hope of change they can go to a place called Hope. Enid residents can help sustain people in these troubled times while saving money for their own family at the Hope Outreach Thrift Store.
