Funeral services for Naomi June Rand, 85, Enid, will be held on on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at House of Prayer with Pastor Tony Hays officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors.
Naomi was born on July 30, 1931 in Carney, Oklahoma, the daughter of Troy and Gussie Nickelson Dalton, and passed away peacefully on May 2, 2017 in Enid. She moved to Stillwater and later to Enid where she married George Rand on December 7, 1971. They were members of House of Prayer.
Naomi is survived by brothers, Floyd Dalton of Enid and Leonard Dalton of Enid; sister, Deloris Buck of Enid, children, Darrel Lonnie Stewart, Lavona Stewart, Judy Stewart, and Walter Stewart.
She was preceded in passing by her husband George, her parents, brothers, Joel Dean, Lloyd, Newman, and Alvin. One sister, Melva Dalton, and daughter, Brenda Stewart.
The family has selected Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Cancer Division, as appropriate for memorial donations with the Stittsworth’s coordinating. Remembrances may be shared online at www.stittsworthfuneralservices.com.
