ENID, OK - City of Enid officials and the Public Arts Commission of Enid (PACE) announced today that a new mural is being painted on aluminum panels attached to the City Administration Building.
The mural, “Deep in Thought,” is a project commissioned by PACE and is being created by the artist team of Tox Murillo and Terrall Prince. It honors the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his leadership in advancing civil rights through nonviolence.
The City Administration Building was officially named the Martin Luther King Jr. Municipal Complex in 1990.
