Another Moustache March is in the books. Fun and shenanigans were had by all. Justin Winbolt won the title of Grand Champion Moustache Ambassador 2014. His charity was Enid Community Clinic and he raised about $1800.
The 2014 Moustache March festivities took place Saturday, March 29 at Government Springs Park. Five Enid men dubbed the Moustache Ambassadors had chosen a local charity to raise funds for and had been doing so for several weeks.
In addition to the moustache contest, attendees challenged other attendees to feats of strength and various shenanigans, including finger jousting, back wrestling, butt-boxing and a beer drinking relay.
Cammeron Kaiser won the pin up girl contest which was judged on the authenticity of her look. It most likely had nothing to do with the fact that she baked and brought cookies for the judges and crowd.
The Moustache Ambassadors were Justin Winbolt playing for the Enid Community Clinic, Brian Kaiser playing for the YWCA, Robert Beurlot playing for CDSA, Robert Barron playing for the SPCA, and last year's Grand Champion of the Moustache contest, Jeff Molnar playing for 4Rkids. Emceeing the event was the president of the Oklahoma City Beard Club and third place winner if the 2011 World Beard and Moustache Championships in Norway, Travis Nance.
