Michael George Prather, 72, Enid resident, was born on February 28, 1949 in Altadena, California, and passed away on March 11, 2021 after a brief illness. Michael was the son of George and Billie Prather. He worked many years at Mid-Continent Packaging before retiring. Mike enjoyed riding his Harley and being outdoors.
Survivors include daughter, Melissa Vizzor of California; son, Mark Prather of California; daughter, Billie Vassar and family of Enid; daughter, Rebecca Thomas and family of Sturgeon, Missouri; sister, Sue Peterson (and husband Jim) of Enid; and special friend, Donna Nimmo of Enid.
He was preceded in death by both his parents and half-brother Jack Wilcox.
Private family services will be handled through Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service with Pastor Damond Burpo officiating.
