ENID, OK - Eight candidates were running for city commission spots in Tuesday local election. Keith Siragusa won Ward 3, Whitney Roberts won Ward 4 and Scott Orr won Ward 6. Cold weather and ice may have kept many residents from voting. Only 1,057 total votes were cast in all three Wards.
