The artical mentiond fishing from a float was not allowed .what about from a fishing kayak ?
Hey Alan, I’ll try to find out but I’m guessing they only want you fishing from the bank.
Thank you . I have always wonderd what the city ordanances would be for that kind of activity
hope the paddleboats look like the picture, the old style yellow ones you could paddle all day and get nowhere.
I remember the paddle boats you could rent at Meadowlake. It was good clean fun. Glad it’s coming back!
Will a person be able to bring their own kayak?
I believe so as long as it is under the allowable size.
Do you know the cost to rent?
Sunrise to sunset, 7 days a week?
Well found out by showing up on Sunday 11:30 AM and there’s no signs posted and no paddle boats in the water. So guess it’s not 7 days a week. Sure would be nice to know what days they operate…disappointed.
I just added days and hours to the article.
Is the price per boat or per person?
I sure hope it is per boat. I assumed it was boat.
I just moved back to Enid and found that this was going on. The paddle boats are amazing. And the kids loved it. Its an excellent priced event. And it gives Enid families something to do to where families don’t have to drive a ways to go get something. I spoke with the owner and he is very pleasent and he is very respectful. Kuddos to him and he has my appreciation for his services in the military. Excellent job done by getting this idea going. Deffintly will be doing it again with the kids.
