Funeral service for Mary O. Chodrick, age 84, of Enid, will be 2:00 PM, Monday, March 6, 2017,at the Enid First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Dan Barrick officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00PM at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.
Mary was born to Charley and Myrtle (Serviss) Gates, on November 18, 1932, in Enid, and passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017 in Enid.
Mary attended school in Enid. On August 1, 1950 she married, Sheryl Chodrick in Neosho, Missouri, and they made their home in Enid. Mary was a member of First Assembly of God Church. She loved spending time outside working in her garden.
Mary is survived by her children Charles Chodrick (Brenda) of Enid, Chris Chodrick (Eva) of Sacramento, CA, and Carla Detwiler of Enid; 10 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Sheryl, brothers Frankie, Freddy, and Leroy, and sister Dorothy.
