The Home going services celebrating and honoring the life of Mark Gracey, 65, of Enid, will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday June 14, 2024, in the First Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Chuck Kearney officiating. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings, A life celebration home.
Mark Anthony Gracey was born September 19, 1958, to John H. Gracey and Zora Nadean Bell in Enid, Oklahoma.
He was raised and educated in Enid, graduating from Enid High School with the class of 1976.
He began his career working at Safeway, then transitioned to a career of 20 years at Vance Air Force Base as a flight line mechanic while also working part-time in the electronic department at Kmart until he was medically unable in 2007.
He met and married Stephanie Lennox and from this union came two children, Alison and Brittany. Mark enjoyed watching NASCAR, traveling, working, and tinkering on cars. He also loved spending time with family and friends and going to the casino. Mark was a very kindhearted caring person, who loved to help.
He is survived by his daughters Alison Gracey, of Moore, and Brittany Gracey, of Enid, four grandchildren, Londyn, Legend, LeVian, and Izabela, three brothers, Vincent, Theo, and Julian Gracey and one sister Erma Leak all of Enid OK, and numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Nadean Gracey; and four siblings, John Jr., Richard, Phil, and Patricia.
