ENID, Okla. - Have you ever wanted to purchase and run your own bed and breakfast? Enid residents will have that opportunity on Thursday, August 4 as the three Maple Place B&B homes go up for auction. Two of the homes are fully furnished homes with beautiful antique furniture.

The three homes are located at 418 W. Maple, 504 W. Maple and 512 W. Maple. These homes are located in the historic Kenwood district near downtown Enid.

This is a very unique set of properties with tons of possibilities as far as staying a bed and breakfast. The properties also have great potential as residential homes, apartments, offices, etc. These properties have already had most of the work done, they are furnished and they are ready to use.

The auction will take place at 10:00 am on August 4. The auctioneer will offer each property then will offer them in combination.
