The services celebrating and honoring the life of Mrs. Loretta Goddard, 67, of Ponca City will be held privately. Services and complete cremation care are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

She was born June 26, 1950 to Albert Mieir and Willa Mae Bishop in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and passed from this life on February 13, 2017 in Blackwell, Oklahoma.

She was raised in Ponca City, attending public school and graduating from Ponca City High School. Following her graduation, she attended Beauty school and became a certified cosmetologist. She had a passion for dancing, the outdoors, get togethers, and time spent with family and friends especially time spent with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons; Steve Bookout, and Stacey Allen, sister; Willma Robertson, niece; Leslie Jump, granddaughter; Marqita Leann Stark, and 8 grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, and her husband.
