Fall Break for most area schools takes place this week and Leonardo’s has planned an inaugural event on Friday the 19th. Fall Festival will take place from 10 A.M. until noon on the museum’s 2nd floor. Fun family activities will include, carnival style games, Fall arts and crafts, bounce house, face painting, Segway rides, door prizes, and a free lunch for the first 300 people, compliments of AdvancePierre Foods.
“In past years, Leonardo’s has held a fall break camp,” said Leonardo’s Marketing Coordinator Tabitha Buller, “but since not all schools take the same break as Enid Public Schools, we decided to try something different this year. We hope it will become an annual event.”
“Admission fees are the same as our other special events at $3 for Leonardo’s members and $6 for non-members,” Buller continued. The admission fee will be good for lunch as well as all day admission to Leonardo’s and Adventure Quest (weather permitting).
Lunch will include pub burgers, chips and a drink. Leonardo’s staff will also be offering baked goods for purchase with all proceeds going to the capital campaign to expand and renovate the museum.
