Leo G. Grace

57fbb23c50117Graveside services for Leo Grace, 98, Enid, will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ames Cemetery. Services are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors.

Leo was born on July 26, 1918 in Ringwood, the son of Billy and Winnie (Holland) Grace, and passed away peacefully on October 9, 2016 in Enid. Leo attended the Ames School System, graduating from Ames High School with the class of 1936. He married Vera Scott in 1939. She preceded him in passing in 1987. Leo married Willa Mae Woodbury in May of 1992. Leo farmed most of his life, then worked 25 years for Industrial Iron. He served his country from 1942 to 1946, during World War II serving in the United States Army.

Leo is survived by his wife, Willa Mae of Enid; sons, Calvin Grace of Enid; Tom Grace of Ashville, North Carolina, and Bill Grace of Enid; Eight Grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great-grandchild. In addition to his wife, Vera, Leo was preceded in passing by his parents, daughter, Judy Grace, two brothers and one sister.
