Funeral services for Lavina McLaren will be 10:00 am, Thursday, September 23, 2021 in the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Gail Edmison officiating. Cremation arrangements and services are under the direction Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Lavina was born November 11, 1932 in Lucien, Oklahoma to Robert and Edith (Mitchell) Staples and passed away September 17, 2021 in Enid. She was always upbeat and loved to sing.
Lavina is survived by her daughters, Linda Davis and Sue Shores; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard McLaren; daughter, Diana Skaggs and grandson, Charles Davis, III.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
