ENID, OK - KOCO-TV will begin its 2024 On the Road series in Enid at Leonardo’s Children’s Museum on July 15. The station will broadcast its 4 pm, 5 pm, and 6 pm newscasts from Adventure Quest. There will be free admission, food trucks parked on E. Maple, and you may be lucky enough to be seen on TV!
It is encouraged that those in attendance wear something that says Enid or promotes a locally-owned business, event, or school to show the state our Enid spirit.
KOCO began in Enid as KGEO on July 15, 1954 in their studio at E 2nd St. and Randolph, where Settlers Brewing Co. is located today. The KOCO visit marks the 70th anniversary of its initial broadcast.
