Funeral services for Kenneth Laverne Jump, Sr., 88, Enid, will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Stittsworth Memory Chapel with Pastor Randall Hackworth officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.
Kenneth was born on October 31, 1927 in Eakley, Oklahoma the son of Simon and Grace Ellen Mason Jump, and passed away peacefully on December 23, 2015 at his son’s residence. He was raised between Weatherford and Hydro, Oklahoma. Kenneth married Glenda June Marical in Weatherford on April 25, 1953. They moved to Enid in 1955. Kenneth was a truck driver by trade.
Survivors include his wife, Glenda of the residence; daughter, Linda Darlene Warren of South Carolina; sons, Kenneth Jump, Jr. of Enid and Mitchell Jump of Enid; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one great-great-grandchild; brothers, Elton Fry and Edward A. Fry, both of Weatherford, and Edwin Fry of Clinton. Kenneth was preceded in passing by his parents, son Glen Lloyd Jump, two brothers and four sisters.
