Enid, OK - Junior Welfare League’s 14th Annual Charity Gala, Arabian Night, will be held on December 16, 2017 at the Central National Bank Center Arena. This event has become a must-attend for many in the community and proven to be a significant fundraiser, allowing JWL to contribute to many worthy non-profit organizations in Enid. Due to the kindness of local businesses and individuals, funds raised during the Annual Charity Gala and Auction have allowed JWL to disburse over $376,000 back into the Enid community since 2004.

Beneficiaries of this year’s event are Loaves & Fishes of Northwest Oklahoma’s Box Truck and Summer Food Programs, Leonardo’s Children’s Museum’s upcoming Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Institute, Gaslight Theatre’s Youth Outreach Programs, and Fleece Friends Foundation’s Blanket Outreach for the needy in our community.

JWL’s Arabian Night Gala will transform the Central National Bank Center Arena into an Arabian Palace, featuring a Bollywood Dance Performance by Arya International Dance Academy, the live music of the STARS Band, and a full meal with Arabian inspired flavors (and also some traditional foods for those with less adventurous palates). The Auction portion of the evening, sponsored by Edward Jones, will utilize the efficient mobile bidding system, Bidr, as the perfect complement to an exciting Live Auction led by Josh Bellamy, Auctioneer and Owner of Bellamy & Co., LLC. Other additions to this year’s festivities are a cigar and wine pull, and outdoor Cigar Lounge for all attendees, sponsored by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Anderson Properties.

Bidr will also be used for viewing/biding on the silent auction items from anywhere at the event! That means, if you get out bid, you can easily bid again to regain your winning position!
