Julio received his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. On June 22, 2002, he married Jamie Kucera in Enid, where they made their home. Julio was an amazing Christian person, whose faith in God helped him throughout life. He loved spending time with his family and he took care of his father until he wasn’t physically able. Julio and Jamie taught together at Garfield Elementary for several years where he touched a lot of young lives as their PE teacher. He was an OU fanatic who enjoyed family cookouts to cheer on his Sooners. Julio was truly loved by all who knew him.
