A service of Remembrance and Celebration of Life for John Sparks, 79, of Enid, will be Monday, December 28, 2015, 10:00 AM at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeff Enabnit officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ladusau-Evans on Sunday from 3 to 4PM.
John was born August 23, 1936 in Enid, OK the son of John Leroy and Hattie Maynard Sparks and passed away December 20, 2015. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was united in marriage to Sandra Kisling September 18, 1993 in Enid, OK and she preceded him in death May 23, 2011. John was employed by Northrop Grumman Aerospace and then was later employed by Pharmcare after his retirement. He enjoyed carpentry and construction and had a passion for traveling and the open road.
Survivors include six daughters, Keiarah Johnston, Tammey Sparks-Ussery, Carla Hill, Becky Lucas, Collen Madere and Amanda Sparks-Holt, two sons, Scotty Sparks and Darren Sparks, eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, two brothers, Kenneth and Leroy and two sisters, Mildred Frank and Sue Garris and numerous extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Donor’s choice with Ladusau-Evans custodian of the funds. Online condolences may be left and services viewed at www.ladusauevans.com.
