A Celebration of Life for Jessi Sanchez, 58, of Waukomis, will be Friday, June 24, 2016, 10:00 AM at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Johnson officiating. Cremation was under the direction of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Jessi was born June 20, 1957 and passed away June 19, 2016.
He was a graduate of Enid High School in 1977 and was a veteran of the United States Army. He married the love of his life, Robin Miller, June 18, 1977 in Enid. He was employed as a welder at GEFCO. Jessi enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. He will be remembered as a kind, caring, loving friend to all. He was a wonderful father to his children+ and adored his grandson.
Jessi is survived by two sons, Jessi Sanchez Jr. of Enid, Jason Sanchez of Waukomis, OK, his mother, Lee Cortez of Mexico, a grandson, Bentley, three brothers, Manuel Sanchez of Enid, Miguel Sanchez of Enid and Jimmy Knapp of Oklahoma City, OK and one sister, Ana Thomas of Derby, KS.
Memorial contributions may be made to OMRF, lung division with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home custodian of the funds. Online condolences may be left and viewing of the service at www.ladusauevans.com.
