A Memorial Mass for Jerry Dale Maly, age 56, of Enid will be Monday, April 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church with Reverend Aaron Foshee as celebrant. A private family burial will be in the Bison Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.
Jerry was born to Frank Jerry and Nita Rose (Iven) Maly on July 25, 1960, in Enid, and passed away on Wednesday, April 05, 2017, at his home in Enid.
Jerry grew up in Enid, and graduated from Enid High School in 1978. He lived in Dallas and moved back to Enid in 1996, where he worked as a Diesel Mechanic at Independent Diesel. On December 24, 2000, he married Gwen Powell in Orlando, Florida. Jerry was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, were he served as an usher, was a member of KOC 1044, and KOC Assembly 0854.
Jerry is survived by his wife Gwen of the home, his children Kari Ellen Higgins (Brad Waken), and Clinton Powell Honn of Enid; 4 grandchildren Kira Higgins, Danny Honn, Adaline Honn, and Kade Honn; father Frank Maly of Enid; brother Terry Maly of Enid; sister Michele Long and Ken Null of Stafford, Virginia; and nieces and nephews Donald and Kasey Long, Nathan Maly, Kimberly Null and Christopher Null.
He was preceded in death by his mother Nita.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Kenwood Manor Activities Fund .
