A Celebration of Life Service for Jeffrey “Jeff” J. Schminke age 49 of OKC will be 10:00 am Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church, Fairmont with Pastor Mark Blakeman officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the funeral home from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Jeff was born February 16, 1968 in Enid to John and Darla Freidline Schminke and passed away Saturday, January 27, 2018 at his home in OKC with family and friends by his side. He attended and graduated from Covington-Douglas High School in 1986. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with an Agriculture Economic Degree and later completed his Master’s in Business Administration. Jeff worked for several Banks as a loan officer, later for Hanor Farms, and finishing his career as a Field Rep for USDA.

He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Fairmont.

He is survived by his parents, John and Darla Schminke of Covington, Sister Connie McDonald and husband Bill of Covington, niece Courtney and Nephew Kyle McDonald, and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Dr. and Mrs. J. L. Freidline and Conard and Nora Schminke.
