A Memorial Service for Janet Proctor, age 64, will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Gary Miller officiating.
Janet was born to George and Mary Battin on July 23, 1951, in Enid, and passed away Thursday, January 14, 2016, at her home in Enid.
Janet grew up in Enid, and graduated from Enid High School. She also graduated from Beauty College. She worked as a hairdresser in several shops and Greenbrier Nursing Home, as well as having a beauty shop in her home. On December 29, 2005, Janet married John Proctor. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Janet is survived by her husband John, of the home; children: Cory Ginn of Enid, and Bradley Fielder of Norman; two grandchildren; brother Bill Battin; and sister Karen Sue Battin.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
